Claire & Ben, January 2016, Austin

Claire and Ben had a classic wedding with a ton of personal touches, and a whole lot of partying! Big on food and drink, Claire and her family picked out Pink Avocado to cater a multi-course family style meal at tables themed after Claire and Ben’s favorite musicians (the escort cards were concert tickets). This was a house-divided wedding with an Aggie bride and a Longhorn groom, so the Aggie War Hymn competed with the Hook ‘Em Horns sign and a UT groom’s cake. Ben’s brothers played the guitar and sang the first dance song. The party favors were Claire’s family’s secret brisket seasoning mix. This wedding had a ton of transportation and venue logistics to work on which made it an exciting challenge, and I also coordinated the rehearsal dinner at Scholz Garten and a taco brunch on Sunday. My absolute favorite part of this wedding was working with Claire and her family for over a year and really getting to know them while helping to make their wedding vision a reality.
